|An old ruin - but unfortunately in these days it only exists on photos - has been recently restaurated (but to be honest, in reality it's a completely new building of about 106 m2) in a lovely place with an old algarrobo tree close to the house and almond and olive trees around. Almost half of the 2.536 m2 plot are leveled and useable for house terraces and gardening.
The entrance area is a semicircle roof covered porche, in the same shape the pergola terrace in front. You enter direct into the living/diningroom as the central communicating point, on the left the kitchen with utilityroom, in the middle a pathway to the guestroom and the 'public powderroom' and on the right handside the masterbedroom with its ensuite bath. In the diningroom there ist a metal woodburning stove with a glassdoor, centrally situated in the middle of the house to give the warmth into every room. There are possibilities to add on another room if you like to do so, may be in a later stage.
