On a long stretched platform on a south slope (2.500 m2) of the Bentomiz we created a lovely house of 110 m2 in the typical andalusian finca/villa style with rustic arches, wooden pergola, a cosy covered porche, 15 m2 wooden pergola, wide terracotta terraces, plenty of living space outdoor and inside the house.
The lounge is centrally situated with the attached dining place and the kitchen/utilityroom behind. On one side of the house there is the masterbedroom with ensuite bath and on the other end the guest part with another bathroom. The entrance with a lovely wooden "Cuarterones"-door is roof covered against the sun and the rain - sometimes we have that as well. All the windows and doors are held in a clear pine design. From the lounge you can open the big windows/doors (2 units of 3 meters width!) to have it as a unit together with the porche and the open terracotta terrace in front. The house has central heating and additionally a chimney on the roof, just in case you like to have an open fireplace as well in your home.
Aside the house there is a lovely place to build your selfdesigned swimmingpool, rectangular, like a triangle, kidney shaped, round, whatever you want ...On the property you have some old olive trees and quite a few almond trees as well. But for sure, the front/southside is open for your views down to the coast, to the beaches of Torre del Mar, over to Marocco and on the westside you have the Montes de Malaga and the Malaga bight with Fuengirola behind.
