You enter through a wide open porche with rustic Arabian arches into a small entrance hall, which leads into the lounge and dining area, attached by another arch with the open plan kitchen on the left side. On the right handside you'll find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Above the entrance hall there is a storageroom. The house is fitted with a rustic chimney with turbofan casset and glassdoor - really a heating system with visible fire but no smoke.
In the lounge the big windows/doors are opening the living space onto the porche (25 m2) and furtheron to the terracotta terrace in front and another lovely sitting area beside the house.
There is plenty of space to build a swimmingpool, a garage, ... and to create your very special garden. On the property there are some almond trees, the back is guarded by old olive trees and a vineyard.
The south is open for your views all the way over to Marocco or just down to the coastline and the yachting and fishery and yachting harbour at only three kilometers distance.
