One of our self designed new cortijos of 110 m2 constructed area high up on the southeastern slope of the Bentomiz. This property offers a wide range of possibilities to create a lovely garden, because the pool is separated about 30 meters from the house, with old olive and almond trees around. Although the property of about 2.299 m2 has a total length of almost 100 meters it appears as a good-natured unit. From outside of the property nobody can look into the kidney shaped swimmingpool area which is well sheltered in the back but even though with stunning sea and mountain views from there. The pool pumphouse is nicely positioned in the rocky backside of the slope behind the pool and offers another pergola terrace to have some shady place here or additionally you'll find here another old olive tree to sit under.

Almost every room has a different ceiling/roof angle and with the (aluminium-) wooden design double glazed windows it looks and feels so cosy. The big windows with the typical iron grillwork in front open the view onto the majestic high mountains of the Sierra Almijara, over to the white washed village Sayalonga on the other side of the valley, down to the sea and even 'overseas' to the coastal mountains of Marocco ...
